Aconitum ‘Pink Sensation’

Pink Monkshood

USDA Zone: 2-9

Plant number: 1.015.380

This is an unusual pink-flowered selection, and a welcome change from the more commonly seen blue varieties. Plants form an upright clump of deeply-cut green leaves, bearing spikes of soft lavender-pink flowers in mid-summer. An outstanding cut flower. Plants prefer a site that will not dry out, away from thirsty tree roots. In hot summer areas this will need protection from afternoon sun. USPP#12661, CPBR#1810: unlicensed propagation prohibited. CAUTION: toxic if eaten/harmful via skin.
