Also known as Catchfly. This low cushion-forming plant has fleshy grey-green leaves with curiously ballooned soft-pink to white flowers that appear during the summer. An excellent addition to the sunny rock garden or wall, planted where it can cascade. Also suitable for edging or growing between flagstones. Tolerates both dry or moist conditions. Evergreen. Clumps may be divided in early spring. Able to withstand occasional to light foot traffic.
