Armeria pseudarmeria Dreameria® Daydream

False Sea Thrift

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 1.070.110

(='Daydream') Thrift is a durable perennial for most any sunny location. Compared to A. maritima, False Sea Thrift produces larger flower clusters, broader leaves, stiffer flower stems and stands taller. The Dreameria® series changes the genus from strictly an early spring and late fall, cool season perennial to a season long, flowering perennial. Heat tolerant. This selection from the series bears soft pink flower clusters. Trim off the spent flowers, on average once a month, to encourage repeat blooming. Good rock garden or edging plant. Also excellent in tubs or mixed containers, particularly alpine trough gardens. USPP#29381: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
