One of several recent hybrid selections, this is a real workhorse in the garden, flowering nonstop from midsummer well into the autumn. It forms a low, bushy mound bearing upright spikes of light-pink flowers that attract both hummingbirds and butterflies. Great in containers or in a mixed border. Must have excellent drainage, particularly during winter otherwise plants may rot and not survive. Quite possibly hardy to Zone 5 or colder in dry winter regions. A 2009 introduction from TerraNova Nursery in Oregon, one of several colourful hybrids they have been selecting. USPP#20991: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
