Hibiscus ‘Kopper King’

Hardy Hibiscus

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.270.240

The hardy forms of Hibiscus are valued for their showy late-summer display of enormous satiny blooms. These flower best in areas with long, hot summers. Plants form upright, bushy mounds well suited to the back of a perennial border. This unique selection has huge white flowers with a red eye, over a bushy clump of coppery-red foliage. Dies back completely to the ground in winter, but new growth is slow to appear in spring, be patient! Mulch well for the first winter, especially in Zones 4 and 5.
