Helleborus orientalis SPRING™ Pearl

Lenten Rose

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 1.255.910

The Lenten Rose is an easy spring blooming perennial for the shady woodland garden. Plants produce bushy clumps of thick, leathery evergreen leaves. Flower stalks appear in early spring, bearing showy cup-shaped blooms. This selection from the SPRING™ series features large, upward-facing, double flowers in a soft, creamy-yellow. Site these where they will stay for many years, since the plants resent being disturbed. Trim the old leaves to the ground in late winter before the buds emerge, to allow the flowers maximum impact. CAUTION: Harmful if eaten/Skin irritant. USPPP: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
