Zantedeschia ‘Edge of Night’

Black Calla Lily

USDA Zone: 8-10

Plant number: 1.585.150

Calla Lilies are hardy only in our mildest winter regions, but gardeners in other areas can enjoy them in pots or tubs, and easily winter them indoors. This amazing selection forms a sturdy clump of leathery green leaves with white spots and maroon edges. Flowers are maroon-black with a yellow centre. Excellent for cutting. Choose a site that remains evenly moist, for best results. To winter in pots, simply bring indoors in late fall, cut back to about 2 inches, and stop watering until March. Plants require a winter rest period. USPP#14926: unlicensed propagation prohibited. CAUTION: Harmful if eaten/Skin and eye irritant.
