This variety has been selected for its outstanding large clusters of rich purple flowers, appearing in late summer and fall. Plants form a bushy, upright clump for the back of the border. Happiest when growing in a rich, moist site with lots of sun. Excellent for cutting. Flowers are attractive to butterflies.
