Foamflowers are close cousins to the Coral-bells, with similar sprays of flowers over a low clump of foliage. This recent selection features glossy dark-green maple-shaped leaves. Delicate spikes of fragrant, near white flowers appear in late spring. Winter foliage colour is rich bronzy-purple. A terrific edging plant for the moist woodland garden, combining especially well with dwarf Hostas and all kinds of ferns. Winter foliage colour is rich bronzy-purple. Registered with COPF: royalty required for propagation.
