Plant number: 1.250.060A colourful selection of Rock Rose, this is a good plant for growing in the rock garden, gravel scree, alpine trough or using as an edging along a sunny pathway. Single magenta-red yellow-eyed flowers appear starting in late spring, over a shrubby mound of narrow matte-green leaves. Plants must have very good drainage, particularly through the winter. Evergreen. Drought tolerant, once established, also tolerant of poor, sandy soils. Shear lightly after flowering, by no more than half, and plants will usually repeat flower in late summer.
