Plume Summer Phlox

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.415.320

One of a series of Summer Phlox with very unusual flower plumes. Plants have an upright, bushy habit. Flowers lack petals but are made up of showy green and pink bracts, held together in a large and fragrant cluster that remains attractive for weeks. Excellent for cutting, also attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. Be on the lookout for powdery mildew, beginning in early summer. Regular deep waterings will do a lot to help prevent this disease problem. USPP#13623: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
