Phygelius ‘Passionate Pink’

Cape Fuchsia

USDA Zone: 6-9

Plant number: 1.419.120

Cape Fuchsia are native to South Africa, but surprisingly hardy perennials. Plants make a bushy, upright mound of green foliage, bearing showy clusters of long, tubular flowers beginning in spring. This selection has hot pink flowers and is one of the colours available in the Pheeges™ Series. These adapt well to containers, and in cold winter areas may be wintered indoors. Plants form a woody base and should be pruned back to 6 inches or so each spring. Great for cutting. Attractive to hummingbirds. USPPP: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
