Hosta ‘Cherry Tomato’

Miniature Hosta

USDA Zone: 2-9

Plant number: 1.700.810

Hosta are among the most popular of perennials for shady areas, with hundreds of varieties now readily available. Plants form sturdy mounds of foliage, topped with lily-like blooms. This cute little miniature selection has long narrow leaves with creamy yellow to white centres and wide green margins. A narrow red strip runs along the length on the underside of each leaf. Purple flowers appear in mid to late summer. Ideal for a shady rock garden, border edge or in troughs. Clumps may be easily divided in the spring or fall. A sport of H. ‘Cherry Berry’.
