Hosta are among the most popular of perennials for shady areas, with hundreds of varieties now readily available. Plants form sturdy mounds of foliage, topped with lily-like blooms. This medium-sized selection has brilliant gold leaves that hold their colour well. Pale-lavender flowers appear in July. An excellent groundcover selection with loads of foliage colour. Bred and introduced by American breeder Paul Aden in 1982.
