Sedum ‘Silver Moon’

Silver Moon Stonecrop

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 1.485.380

The alpine selections of Stonecrop are excellent edging or rock garden plants, particularly for hot, dry sites with poor soil. This variety forms a low, slow-spreading mat of powdery, silver-blue leaves. Bright yellow starry flowers appear in early summer. Also well-suited to growing in tubs or alpine trough gardens. A good candidate for any collection of fine alpine plants. Although hardy, this selection performs best in the Pacific Northwest, and suffers through winters in most other regions, so is not always long-lived. Evergreen. Native wildflower.
