Phlox divaricata ‘Plum Perfect’

Woodland Phlox

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.410.530

Woodland Phlox is perfect for a moist, shady border, putting on a showy mid-spring display. This selection has fragrant, magenta-purple flowers with a darker eye over a low, spreading mound of bright green leaves. Excellent vigour and disease resistance and a good choice for regions with hot and humid summer. Spreads to form a small patch, and divisions can easily taken in early fall. Will usually tolerate full sun conditions in cool summer regions. Terrific when combined with spring blooming bulbs, especially narcissus. A native North American wildflower.
