Oenothera fruticosa

Yellow Sundrops

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.400.030

Yellow Sundrops burst into a riot of satiny flowers in early summer. Plants form a bushy, upright mound of bright green leaves, with satiny golden-yellow flowers that somewhat resemble poppies. Spreads to form a large patch. Clumps should be divided every 2 to 3 years to control the spread, and maintain a bushy habit. Drought tolerant once established. Native to Eastern North America.
