Euphorbia wulfenii ‘Shorty’

Evergreen Spurge

USDA Zone: 7-9

Plant number: 1.208.420

A favourite of gardeners in mild-winter regions, usually used as a specimen plant or focal point in the winter and early spring border. This selection forms a compact, upright to outwardly spreading habit and strong stems surrounded with blue-green leaves that remain evergreen. The tips are red as they grow. Huge clusters of yellow flowers open in very early spring, contrasting beautifully with the foliage. A unique, bold sculptural plant. In colder regions this may be grown in a container and brought indoors to a cool, bright spot to winter. USPP#19808: unlicensed propagation prohibited. CAUTION: skin and eye irritant/toxic if eaten.
