An exceptional perennial for mild winter areas, forming a compact evergreen clump of blue-green leaves. Forms large clusters of chartreuse-yellow flowers with a red eye, appearing in mid spring. In colder climates this may be grown in a container and wintered in a cool greenhouse or sun porch. Effective all year round. The Evergreen Spurge are especially attractive planted with shrubs or dwarf conifers, or as specimen plants in tubs. Pruning is seldom necessary, but may be done immediately after flowering is over. CAUTION: skin and eye irritant/toxic if eaten.
