Erysimum Fragrant Star

Shrubby Wallflower

USDA Zone: 7-9

Plant number: 1.206.190

(='Walfrastar') A shrubby, compact selection that does best in mild-winter regions. Grey-green leaves are edged in creamy-yellow, forming a perfect evergreen mound. Clusters of fragrant bright-yellow blooms appear in mid spring and continue for weeks. This Wallflower suits the rock garden, along the front of a hot, sunny border as well as in container gardens. Drought tolerant once established. Shear plants back lightly after flowering, to maintain a nice tight habit. USPPP: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
