Coreopsis pubescens ‘Sunshine Superman’

Star Coreopsis

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 1.165.660

A selection of Star Tickseed, this forms a low mound of fuzzy green leaves, bearing a very long display of single saucer-shaped golden yellow flowers. More tolerant of hot, dry sites than most other Coreopsis selections. Nice towards the front of a sunny border or in containers. Clumps may be divided in the spring every 3 to 4 years. This is a vegetative clone but it may self seed fairly true to form where happy. A North American native species, ranging from Kansas to Virginia, south to Florida and Texas. Deer resistant.
