Molinia caerulea ‘Variegata’
Common name :  Variegated Moor Grass

What others say about this plant...
Leaves dramatically striped light yellow to cream-white. In regions where flowering is heavy, the bright yellow stalks of the inflorescences are attractive, but this plant is worth growing just for the foliage.; Rick Darke, The Color Encyclopedia of Ornamental Grasses
