The Big Bang™ series of Coreopsis were bred to provide well-branched plants that produce continuous flowering from midsummer to fall. This selection features large flowers consisting of yellow petals surrounding an orange button eye over a narrow, upright mound of medium-textured green leaves. Excellent in containers and in the middle of the sunny border. Great cut flower. Drought tolerant once established. Possibly hardy in Zone 4 or colder, with reliable winter snowcover. From American plant breeder Darrell Probst. USPPP: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
