Hemerocallis ‘Sunset Returns’

Happy Ever Appster Daylily

USDA Zone: 2-9

Plant number: 1.800.860

An outstanding selection bred by Dr. Darrel Apps, one of only a small handful of truly everblooming Daylilies available to gardeners in northern regions. This dwarf variety has large (4 inch) deep-yellow to apricot blooms, kissed with gold and melon tints. Repeats constantly from June to frost. Diploid. Winter dormant. Spent flower stems can be trimmed back after all the buds have finished. Remove old foliage in late fall. Flowers are edible. May well prove to be hardy in Zone 2. USPP#13465: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Be sure to see the our whole exciting lineup of Happy Ever Appster® Daylilies.
