Veronica ‘Atomic Blue’

Hybrid Speedwell

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.540.730

A hybrid Speedwell selection, this forms a bushy and compact mound of healthy, fresh green leaves. Upright wands of flower spikes appear in early summer, packed with violet-blue blooms that are terrific for cutting. Removing faded spikes will encourage more buds to form. Great near the edge of a sunny border, or in mixed containers. Easy and colourful. Attractive to butterflies. Good resistance to powdery mildew and rust. Bred by Jan Verschoor of the Netherlands. USPP#21840: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
