This is a Speedwell from the Netherlands, with a particularly compact habit. Plants form bushy clumps of bright-green leaves, bearing tapering spikes of deep-pink flowers in mid summer. Remove faded spikes to encourage more buds to form. Excellent for edging, in the rock garden and in containers. USPP#16428: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
