Tricyrtis ‘Tojen’

Toad-lily

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.522.250

Toad-lilies are unique but easy perennials for growing in shady areas. Leafy, arching stems produce a fall display of bizarre star-shaped flowers, often marked with spots of dark purple. They deserve a special place where they can be appreciated up close, like beside a patio or at the edge of a bed. This selection features lavender-mauve flowers with a snow white centre, clear of the usual spots. Beautiful in the garden, but also useful for cutting. Clumps may be easily divided every 3 to 4 years in early spring.
