Tiarella ‘Iron Butterfly’

Foamflower

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.516.420

Foamflowers are close cousins to the Coral-bells, with similar sprays of flowers over a low clump of foliage. This selection has large, deeply-cut leaves, edged in dark green with a purple-black centre. Delicate spikes of fragrant, soft-pink flowers appear in late spring. An excellent choice for edging in the shade garden. Also useful in tubs or mixed containers. Evergreen in mild winter regions. Winter foliage colour is rich bronzy-purple. USPP#12396: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
