Pulmonaria ‘Silver Bouquet’

Lungwort

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.449.710

Lungworts are among the most dependable and showy spring-blooming perennials for shady locations. This selection forms a large clump of long, pointed, shiny silver leaves, with the occasional fleck of green, topped by clusters of large pink bells that change to bright blue as they mature. A charming spectacle when both flower colours appear on the same plant at the same time. Impressive vigor and heat tolerance. Excellent in containers, in the border and as a groundcover when massed. Resistant to powdery mildew. Evergreen in mild winter regions. Plants prefer a rich, moist soil without the competition of surface-rooted trees. Bred and introduced by Terra Nova Nurseries of Oregon. USPP#20059: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
