Summer Phlox is very popular for its late summer display in the border. This midsized selection is considered an improvement on P. 'Goldmine’ and has large clusters of fragrant, bright magenta– purple flowers and green leaves with golden-yellow margins. Summer Phlox are superb for cutting, and may even attract passing butterflies. Remove faded flowers to encourage a second bloom.
