Phlox paniculata ‘Fondant Fancy’

Summer Phlox

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.416.020

Summer Phlox is very popular for its late summer display in the sunny border. Plants have an upright habit, producing large and fragrant clusters of blooms from midsummer to fall. This selection has soft-pink petals with a darker pink eye. Good for cutting. Attractive to butterflies. Flowering is always best in a sunny location. Good mildew resistance although all Summer Phlox benefit from a location that provides good air circulation and consistent moisture. Remove faded flower heads to encourage more buds to form. Clumps may be easily divided in spring if desired.
