Lychnis ‘Molten Lava’

Dwarf Campion

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.335.170

This compact-growing Campion is a useful edging variety for the early summer border. Plants form a low, bushy clump of bronzy leaves, topped with large scarlet-orange flowers for several weeks. This is a hot colour that really stands out in the garden. Short enough to include in the sunny rock garden, also a nice addition to mixed containers or tubs. Deadhead regularly to encourage more buds to form. Requires good drainage in winter. Flowers are attractive to butterflies.
