Leucanthemum × superbum ‘Silver Spoons’

Shasta Daisy

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.316.670

(Formerly Chrysanthemum maximum) No sunny border would seem complete without the familiar presence of Shasta Daisies. This unusual selection has golden-yellow centers surrounded by narrow white petals, each shaped into a tiny spoon on the tip. Excellent for cutting. Removing faded flowers will greatly increase the blooming time. Divide plants in the spring every 2 to 3 years to maintain vigour. Staking may be required to prevent stems from flopping. Flowers are attractive to butterflies.
