Geranium × magnificum

Showy Cranesbill

USDA Zone: 2-9

Plant number: 1.230.400

The Border selections of Cranesbill Geranium are valuable fillers for colour in early to mid summer. This hybrid forms a mound of deeply-cut green foliage, bearing large cup-shaped violet-blue flowers. Plants need to be cut back hard after blooming to encourage fresh new foliage. Easily divided in spring or fall. Often has attractive red fall colour. Still rates as among the best of the blue forms.
