Filipendula rubra ‘Venusta’

Martha Washington’s Plume

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.215.350

This selection of Meadowsweet forms a sturdy, upright bush with a bold appearance. Large heads or panicles of deep pink flowers appear in summer, against deep green lacy foliage. Stunning towards the back of a moist border, and especially nice at the waterside. Good for cutting. Plants cannot dry out during the summer. Selected from one of our native North American wildflowers.
