Buddleia × weyeriana ‘Honeycomb’

Butterfly Bush

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 1.106.910

The fragrant, arching clusters of Butterfly Bush are irresistible to hummingbirds and butterflies. Really a shrub, plants are best treated like perennials and pruned back hard each spring, to maintain a compact, bushy habit. This vigorous selection has very long wands of creamy-yellow flowers, on a clump of grey-green leaves. Excellent for cutting. Removing faded flower heads will encourage plants to continue blooming. Has been rated as the very best of the yellow forms to date, and performs well in most regions. Drought and heat tolerant.
