Brunnera macrophylla ‘Betty Bowring’

Siberian Bugloss

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.106.280

Brunnera have exploded in popularity in recent years, because they are sturdy and reliable perennials suited to shady areas. This rarely-offered selection forms a mound of large apple-green heart-shaped leaves, with sprays of tiny white flowers in mid to late spring. Blooms resemble Forget-me-nots. Makes for an attractive and versatile groundcover, particularly under shrubs. Clumps may be easily divided in early autumn. Seedlings will likely appear, though they may vary from the mother plant.
