Aurinia saxatilis Gold Ball

Perennial Alyssum

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.091.160

(='Goldkugel') Among the most popular of spring-flowering perennials, this is a common sight in rock gardens. Plants form a low bushy mound of grey-green leaves, smothered in masses of tiny, bright golden-yellow flowers for several weeks. A good choice for edging, rock walls or in mixed containers. This improved selection is especially compact and full. Clip plants back by half, immediately after blooming. Not easily divided. Drought tolerant. Evergreen.
