Aster ageratoides ‘Starshine’

Japanese Aster

USDA Zone: 4-8

Plant number: 1.084.010

A unique selection that has superb resistance to powdery mildew. This forms a midsized mound of green leaves, bearing loads of small, white yellow-eyed daisies from midsummer onward. Should not require pinching to control height. Long blooming and great for cutting. Originally bred in the Netherlands for container production, but ideal also for massed plantings or general use in the perennial garden. Received an Award of Merit from the Royal Boskoop Horticultural Society. USPP#19403: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
