Powis Castle Artemisia

USDA Zone: 6-9

Plant number: 1.075.080

A shrubby selection of Artemisia, growing best in areas with mild, maritime climates. Forms an upright mound of fine silvery-grey leaves, with a mild camphor fragrance. Has proven to be a superb container plant, combining beautifully with any flowering perennial or annual. Cut back no harder than 6 inches in spring. Drought tolerant once established, and excellent for hot sunny sites. Smaller in height and spread than the otherwise similar selection ‘Huntingdon'.
