Delicate white flowers appear in late spring and early summer, the backside of each petal flushed with mauve. Foliage is deeply divided, forming a low mound. A nice addition to the moist woodland garden, especially effective when mass planted. Clumps may be easily divided in early spring. Combines beautifully with ferns and Hostas.
