Agastache × hybrida ‘Arizona Sandstone’

Hybrid Anise-hyssop

USDA Zone: 6-9

Plant number: 1.024.010

A wonderful compact hybrid, from the Arizona series, featuring loose spikes of mint scented, terra cotta-orange, tubular flowers on dense spikes appearing throughout the summer and into the fall. Grey-green foliage. Floriferous, blooming the first year. Extremely useful in containers or tubs, or integrated into the perennial border. Stunning when combined with dark red or bronze-leaved plants. Flowers are also edible and fun to sprinkle into salads or use as a garnish, and they are attractive to both butterflies and hummingbirds. Survives the winter best in mild regions, otherwise treat as an annual. Drought tolerant.
