Hosta are among the most popular of perennials for shady areas, with hundreds of varieties now readily available. Plants form sturdy mounds of foliage, topped with lily-like blooms. This midsized specimen selection has rounded leaves that are bright yellow in spring, with a streaky dark-green margin, becoming more chartreuse in summer. Lavender flowers appear in July/August. Protect from hot afternoon sun to prevent scorching. USPP#18466: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
