Echinacea purpurea ‘Hope’

Coneflower

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.196.660

A special coneflower selected as a PLANT FOR THE CURE. A donation is made for each plant sold to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, to help further the search for a cure for breast cancer. This sports very large, fragrant blooms with soft-pink petals surrounding a big rusty-orange central cone. Plants are strong and bushy in habit, ideal for borders and growing in mixed containers. Flowering begins in midsummer and continues for weeks if faded blooms are regularly removed. Coneflowers are sturdy and easy-care perennials that perform best in a sunny location. Flowers are very attractive to butterflies. Seed heads are useful in dried arrangements. Excellent for cutting. USPP#17194: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
